As a dog lover and owner, I was thrilled to rebrand a local boutique pet store named Wheelie Good Treats. The mission of the brand is to spread awareness on the viability of disabled pets and is inspired by the owner’s dog, Pigeon, who was injured in a car accident before she was adopted. After speaking with the owner of the store, I became aware of her passion for animals and how that translated into a brand that sells high quality, homemade dog treats and products. The brand redesign I conducted reflects a clean and modern aesthetic to elevate the visual identity in order to emphasize the quality of the products. The main visual element of the logo is an homage to Pigeon and tells her story across the line of products. The target audience for the brand is broad and encompasses dog owners between the ages of 18-65 who are willing to pay more for a premium quality and charitable product.
